Phase 2
Agreement and First Payment

Methods of payment:
We explain the different payment methods available: you can opt for a deposit of the 50% by bank transfer or a payment link, or if you prefer, we offer installment payments from 3 to 12 months with Banco Agricola. We give you all the information you need to choose the option that best suits your needs.

Agreement Document:
We draw up an agreement document that we send to your email, where all the details of our services, delivery times and payment conditions are specified. This document ensures that everything is formalized in a clear and precise way. We only start the development when we receive the yes of the agreement and the initial payment of the 50%.

Development

Collection of information:
We ask you for essential information about your business, such as mission, vision, history, contact details and any content you wish to include. We use this information to customize your site and optimize it for SEO, helping to improve your visibility in search engines.

Design and development:
We adapt the template you selected to the specific content of your business. During this process, we keep you updated on the progress, asking for your feedback at each stage to make the necessary adjustments. We want to make sure the site design is exactly what you expect.

Revisions and adjustments:
We give you the opportunity to review the site as we develop it. We make the modifications you indicate until you are completely satisfied with the final result.

Completion and Launching

Collection of final payment or confirmation of installments:
Before proceeding with the launch, we verify that everything is in order with the payments. If you opted for an initial payment, we request the remaining 50% at this stage. In case of installment payments, we make sure everything is set up correctly.

Web site deployment:
We migrate the site to the final URL and perform extensive testing to ensure that everything works perfectly. We take care of setting up SSL certificates, emails and any other technical details to make the site ready for the public.

Final tests:
We perform additional tests to ensure that the site is compatible with all devices and browsers. Only when everything has been verified and tested do we officially launch the site.
