Payment Policy

  • Initial Development and Deposit

    1. Test WebWe will develop a test website for the client.
    2. Initial DepositIf the client is satisfied with the test, a deposit of 50% of the total project cost will be required.
    3. Balance PaymentThe remaining balance is due at the time of final delivery of the website. The customer will have 7 calendar days to review and approve the final delivery.

    All payment methods are processed through secure platforms to ensure the protection of your data.

    Full Payment

    1. No Additional DepositIf the client decides to pay for the project in full at the beginning, no additional deposit will be required.
    2. AdvantagesThis option simplifies the process and ensures faster project delivery. In addition, clients who choose this option will receive a 5% discount on the total project cost.

    Installment Payments

    1. AvailabilityWe offer the option of installment payments
    2. FacilityThis option allows the total cost to be distributed in more manageable installments, facilitating the financing of the project. Specific terms and conditions for installment payments will be agreed with the client prior to the start of the project.

    Billing and Receipts

    1. Initial InvoiceAn invoice corresponding to the amount paid will be issued upon receipt of the deposit or full payment. Invoices will be sent electronically to the email provided by the customer.
    2. Final InvoiceUpon completion of the project and receipt of payment of the remaining balance, a final invoice will be issued detailing the services rendered. Invoices will itemize all services and additional costs, if any.

    Refund Policy

    1. Non-Refundable DepositThe 50% initial deposit is non-refundable once project development has begun.
    2. Partial ReimbursementIn case of cancellation of the project by the client after the delivery of the test site, the work done up to the date of cancellation will be evaluated to determine the percentage of the refund of the remaining balance. The initial deposit of the 50% will not be refunded.

    1. Project ModificationsAny modifications requested after final delivery may incur additional charges, which will be assessed and agreed with the customer in advance.
    2. Payment Deadlines: The client must meet the agreed payment deadlines to avoid delays in project delivery. Late payments may incur additional fees of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
    3. ConfidentialityAll transactions and project details will be handled in the strictest confidence. We undertake not to share client information with third parties without your express consent.
